Futureboard Consulting was founded in 2007 by Katherine Travell, who has 25 years’ experience in generalist HR, executive search, graduate recruitment and HR consultancy. Keen to develop a business that delivered a personalised and visionary approach, she has built an insightful, dynamic, multi-lingual and international team.
Passionate about the careers of the individuals they work with, each Futureboard consultant uses their experience of candidate assessment to fully understand candidates’ key strengths and identify their future potential.
We have strong links with university campuses across the UK, Europe and USA. We have an extensive network of HR practitioners, assessment specialists and occupational psychologists that support with the various campaigns we work on. Our team is perfectly placed to help clients address employer branding challenges, deliver attraction and campaign management.
