Search and selection

Targeted search at the graduate level is an effective method of covering a breadth of universities whilst being able to focus on specific groups of students and headhunt candidates that are already in positions of responsibility and showing signs of leadership and excellence (not necessarily academically).

We will work closely with you to understand your requirements and then use our contacts to engage potential candidates in your opportunity. The tracking of candidates means we can talk to them up to two years after they finish university. We can access candidates that would not necessarily have considered applying to your organisation directly.

We offer a candidate coaching programme (open to all applicants) to assist with the preparation for selection and assessment processes - From confidence building through to self-evaluation, personal impact coaching and careers advice. Assessment centre management

The management and administration of assessment centres is a task which requires enormous skill and experience. It may be the case that you do not have this skill pool within your organisation or you cannot free up the resources to dedicate the time that the process deserves. We can co-ordinate the entire assessment centre process for you; from finding an appropriate venue through to preparing timetables, issuing invitations, creating bespoke briefing packs and wrapping up the process with a 'wash-up' and evaluation session.

Assessor training

Part of the preparation of an effective assessment centre is training assessors. This can also be tailored to your needs, so could be a half day 'refresher' course or a full, two day programme for individuals that have no prior experience in interviewing or assessing. In our experience, such training courses have other business benefits, as delegates develop skills that link to performance management.
