We combine business psychology with common sense when designing and running selection and assessment processes. Using relevant job analysis or a competency framework we work closely with our clients to create a process that is challenging, assesses the right skills, and is fair and enjoyable for both assessors and candidates.
We design exercises that you then own. We can design the convential exercise types, such as group exercises, role-plays, presentations or create something more unusual such as virtual exercises or activities which incorporate a more experiential learning element.
Assessment centre management
The management and administration of assessment centres is a task which requires enormous skill and experience. It may be the case that you do not have this skill pool within your organisation or you cannot free up the resources to dedicate the time that the process deserves. We can co-ordinate the entire assessment centre process for you: from finding an appropriate venue through to preparing timetables, issuing invitations, creating bespoke briefing packs and wrapping up the process with a 'wash-up' and evaluation session.
Interview/Assessor training
Part of the preparation of an effective assessment centre is training assessors. This can also be tailored to your needs, so could be a half day 'refresher' course or a full, two day programme for individuals that have no prior experience in interviewing or assessing.
